I/We named policy holders declare that all the persons named on this policy are in good health and will not travel unless they are in good health and fit to undertake the trip. I/We have studied the copy of policy wordings* of the insurance companies that applies to the insurance.
I/We further declared that policy will be valid only if the premium is paid to and realised by the insurance company before the commencement of cover.
RIYA Travels is only collecting and paying the premium on behalf of insurance company and issuance of policy is at sole discretion of the insurance company.
In case of your proposal being rejected by the insurance company for any reason whatsoever may be, then RIYA Travels will not be liable for any consequential loss or damage.
